The Challenge
MediCare+ operated a growing network of 12 private clinics spread across three cities. Despite strong patient loyalty and a reputation for quality care, the organization was being held back by a near-total absence of digital infrastructure.
Appointments were booked by phone. Patient records were a patchwork of paper files, Excel sheets, and aging practice management software that couldn't communicate between clinics. There was no mechanism for teleconsultation — a critical gap that became painfully apparent during the post-pandemic period when patients increasingly expected remote access to their doctors.
The administrative burden was severe: staff spent hours per day on manual data entry, appointment reminders, and record retrieval. Patient no-show rates were high. Revenue from teleconsultation — a significant growth opportunity — was effectively zero.

The Solution
Zayeonix designed and built a dual-platform healthcare solution: a patient-facing mobile app available on iOS and Android, and a clinic-facing web portal used by doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
Given the sensitivity of health data, security and compliance were foundational requirements, not afterthoughts. The entire system was designed with HIPAA-aligned data handling practices from the ground up.
