The Challenge

LogiTrack was managing a fleet of over 200 vehicles using a combination of phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and spreadsheets. Dispatchers had no real-time visibility into vehicle locations, driver status, or delivery progress. Job assignments were made manually, leading to inefficient routing, redundant trips, and frustrated customers.

The operational chaos was costing the company an estimated $80,000 per month in fuel waste, overtime, and missed deliveries. Leadership knew they needed a technology transformation — but also knew that a poorly implemented solution could make things worse, not better.

The Solution

Zayeonix began with a two-week discovery phase — embedding with the operations team, riding along on deliveries, and interviewing dispatchers and drivers. This deep-dive gave us an intimate understanding of the workflows before we wrote a single line of code.

We designed and developed a comprehensive fleet management system with two core components:

1. Web-Based Operations Dashboard (for dispatchers and management)
